Lessons

With over ten years of teaching experience ranging from elementry general music and middle school orchestra in the public schools, to private guitar and bass lessons, to directing guitar ensembles, Andrew has had a wealth of varied  experiences working with students.  Andrew's performing career has taken him throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New York, and the Czech Republic, and included apearences at the Greeley Jazz Festival in Greeley, Co, the Sunfest music and arts festival in Bartlesville, OK, and the OK Mozart music festival in Bartlesville, OK. Andrew has had a wealth of professional performance and teaching experience's to bring to his students.  Andrew graduated in 2004 from the University of North Texas in Denton with his Bachelor's degree in Music Education. While at UNT Andrew was involved in the jazz lab band program there as well as immersing himself in many of the Jazz classes UNT had to offer. During this time, Andrew gained valuable experience teaching private guitar, bass, and improvisation lessons, orchestra, and elementary general music. He has done graduate work at the University of Northern Colorado, and has extensive private study with master musicians/teachers Dale Bruning and Art Lande.
